Shakshuka – eggs with tomato and onion

This is a very simple recipe I got from an Israeli guy I talked to on the internet. I have enjoyed this breakfast quite a number of times..
Fry an onion in butter until it is golden. Add 2-3 whole canned tomatoes and squeeze them. Add some spices, I use paprika, basil and oregano. Beat 3 eggs over the tomato/onion mix and cook under a lid for about 10 minutes.
