This is the first time I have made meat loaf and definitely not the last, I will make a large oven pan next time. I may not add so much cream as a lot of it seems to seep out when it is fried, but the broth is great to use for a sauce.

Ingredients:
500 grams (1.1 pound) of ground meat
200 grams (7 ounces) of cream
200 grams (7 ounces) of shredded cheese
2 eggs
1 chopped or mashed onion
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C  (392 F).
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Put the batter in a loaf pan or shape into a loaf and put it in a baking pan.
Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes.
